The Birchwood is a cafe in Marchmont, south of Edinburgh, and it's a favourite of mine. Having not visited it due to lockdown restrictions in 2020 I wanted to show my appreciation for The Birchwood and submit an illustration of my favourite local to the Edinburgh Pub project, an initiative by Localburgh. The artwork is available to purchase online as an A3 print and every sale helps support the local venue and the artist.
